Georgia Family Connection is the only statewide network of its kind in the nation. Local organizations join forces together in a collaborative manner to achieve better outcomes for children and families. The community survey results will help determine how to best meet the needs of local citizens. A report from the community assessment will be made available to the community later this year.

A vaccine consent form MUST be signed prior and returned to the school nurse by Tuesday, May 18th, 2021. Please pick one up from the School Nurse.
The second vaccine will be administered in a drive-through set-up on the campus of Thomas County Middle School on Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 PM.
